Consumers are heavily considering inflation when they shop with more than 2/3 of all Americans (68%) saying where they shop has changed the past few months due to inflation and/or high gas prices.
The Online-to-Store experience is essential.
88% of Americans say a seamless online-to-store experience is important to them. That’s an increase from a year ago – an upward trend was certainly expedited by the pandemic. It also presents an opportunity for smaller retailers to position themselves as an alternative to big-box retailers.
