For many, serious health concerns are a daily part of life for ourselves or for those around us.

In this editorial series both in print and online by The Times-Picayune | NOLA.com and The Advocate, we’ll shine a light on all of the issues surrounding the unique health concerns in our state. The series will be called Your Best Life and will focus on how all of us can strive to live our best life through the tumult of health problems that face our state.

Our first tabloid edition on October 16th will center around Alzheimer’s and Dementia care and all of the variables that go into the care and planning of a loved one who may suffering with one of those conditions. In early 2023, our second edition will focus on mental health, addiction and recovery, a problem that – like so many other states – has gripped Louisiana in recent years.

Your Best Life will be a comprehensive resource that will educate and inform on topics that are often difficult to talk about.
