Every year, we honor the best places to work in New Orleans with our Top Workplaces awards

Working with our partner, Energage, we survey hundreds of New Orleans area businesses each year to identify which companies are the best places to work based on qualities like leadership, growth opportunity, training, flexibility and benefits. Our yearly event recognizes those businesses, both large and small, plus shines a light on individual leaders within those companies that are making a difference.

In addition to our Top Workplaces event, we also publish a yearly special section highlighting all of the winners that runs in The Times-Picayune. Seen by leaders in the business community across the metro area, the special section is an excellent way to for companies to congratulate their team if they’ve won or to align themselves with a winning brand like Top Workplaces.

The 2024 Top Workplaces 10-year anniversary event will take place at the Higgins Hotel.
